1) He's lying about his reports with customers, and he claims expenses that are known to be false.
2) They could have a chat with him about his false sales reports, could mention that they will checking carefully all expenses claims in the future.or tell him if he doesn't change his ways, they will be sending him a warning letter.
3) They want have a friendly talk with him and find out if his personals problems affect his work.
